Our specially designed facilities utilise Precore-developed strength, cardio and entertainment equipment, complimented with Fitlinxx accessories for an all round performance-enhancing experience.
At The Fit Firm we believe everybody is different and so are their reasons for joining a gym.

Cardio Machines
The Fit Firm facility will feature Precore latest range of premium cardio equipment, which will include Precore C956i low-impact treadmills, EFX® 546i lower-body Elliptical Fitness Crosstrainers, and C846i cycles.

Unique Entertainment Features
Precore Cardio Theatre Exercise Entertainment™, providing entertainment technology from wall-mounted plasma televisions and Personal Viewing Screens (LCD) on each cardiovascular machine. Lightweight headphones will feature superior sound, further contributing to an enhanced workout experience for clients. With these systems clients can choose from a variety of music genres and network entertainment.

Precore Strength Equipment
The Fit Firm clients can focus on a variety of fitness objectives through a range of Precore user-defined, functional and traditional strength equipment models, including the FTS Functional Training System as well as machines designed to address specific upper- and lower-body muscle groups. Additionally, clients who use free weights have the option of using Precore dumbbells and barbells.

Core & Balance Equipment (Resistance Exercises)
In addition to Precore equipment, The Fit Firm will offer a range of core and balance training accessories, which will include medicine and stability balls, resistance bands and exercise tubing and weighted body bars. Quality stretch mats and benches round off the equipment options.

FitLinxx is a computerized system that attaches directly to existing fitness equipment, adding an extraordinary “intelligent” dimension to the workout experience for the first time.
FitLinxx coaches clients through their workout for better form, safety and confidence during every exercise, and “tracks” their progress over time.
Behind the scenes at The Fit Firm all the exercise machines are networked into a central database, providing exercisers and staff access to a wealth of information on individual progress and a unique set of motivational tools. The system can be accessed on workout-floor kiosks, at the staff computer station, or anytime/anywhere on the web.
